For me, photography was a hobby turned passion turned business, and ever since I’ve never looked back.

I am truly an athlete at heart and that is how this journey began. While at a basketball game I was approached to take pictures of a team and fell in love. Monica Monique Photography, LLC. has been in existence since 2021, however I’ve been capturing individual’s adventures for over 5 years.

I provide each of my clients with bold, colorful images, and a memorable experience to go along with them. My goal is for you to look at those paused moments in time, smile and be able to say “I remember when…” If that sounds like something you’re interested in, reach out and let’s connect! I can’t stress enough how excited I am to meet you!

When I am not behind my camera, you can usually find me hanging out with my family and significant other. I am addicted to their energy and love, the vibes are always right when we are together. Proudly, I will also admit I am addicted to coffee, reading and binge watching Telenovelas/drama tv shows with my best friend (unfortunately I am not yet fluent in Spanish, shoutout to subtitles).

Vulnerable post ahead——> I recently saw a post by @karlykreative that literally made me say: “FELT!” out loud, and couldn’t help but replicate the same sentiment. I am a professional photographer but I may not shoot everyday, I may fail, and I may feel like I absolutely do not belong in this business…. However, every photographer’s journey is different and I am accepting that this is mine. It’s ok to shoot part-time, I will learn from my failed attempts, and I absolutely DO belong in this business 🤗!
